Skocjan Cave, Lipica and the coastal city of Piran
Brief stop in Lipica, where we will see Lipicaner horses – they are related to Spain because they were crossed with the horses of Jerez in 1580 and are still part of the Spanish riding school in Vienna. Free time for visiting the restaurant with typical meals and wines of the region.
We continue our journey towards the Slovenian coast. Stop at the Socerb castle where you can see a remarkable panoramic view of the Gulf of Trieste.
We will pass through Izola and Portorož and then visit the city of Piran, former territory of the Republic of Venice, where the scent of the Adriatic gives a special charm to its streets and neighbourhoods. Return to Ljubljana.
